Collect Information
To begin, follow the first step of SARA (Scan, Analyze, Respond, Assess). Scan for all information concerning the problem. Be guided by the Problem Analysis Triangle. Use the “Critical Questions” worksheets to decide what information you must collect. Choose one of the following sources of information to start your analysis.
