Nina J. Emerson is the director of the Resource Center on Impaired Driving at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School. The Resource Center was established in 1992 as a collaboration between the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and the University of Wisconsin Law School as a neutral information clearinghouse on matters relating to impaired driving issues for judges, prosecutors, law enforcement officers, defense attorneys, legislators, educators, and citizens. Ms. Emerson holds a law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a baccalaureate from Regis College in Denver.
