the upper levels seem to have sligtly rich clients a few of the girls talk about going there to try and take advantage of them and get better pay

the owner of the secrete inn has been making some profit of the girls and their sevces when they have to rent a room for a client.

it is in both. it spead to the new area because there was more money to be made but when the cops started being more active there they went back to the poorer areas to just get any money

the lower areas are known for their drug problems and other issues so clients are more hasitant but still go for the girls

the largest problem in the area is the drug problem. this has a direct affect on the girls because some of them are addicts and they do this to get cash/drugs for their addiction

The department is concerned with the problem, but is lacking the resources to properly deal with it. Often needing undercover officers to go in to build strong cases, but that takes time and money. Some uniform officers send the girls away and try to move on

The community is concerned that the police and the mayor's new plan are not working and are ineffective. They say that they are not getting to the root cause of the issues, they are just dealing with the surface of it.

While not confirmed there was an uptick in the area with females getting arrested on drug charges last year there were 60 female arrests for drug charges this year there were 84. there is also a report that talks about how there drug trade and prostitution are linked

They are in the same areas on the same streets.

Some will exchange their services in return for drugs, while some do it to give money back to the dope man.

Most are not commited to a set location. they move where the clietns and the money are. some have started to move towroesd the upper scott area where there are younger and richer clients. some talk about the cops being up there and moving away becuse of the heat.
