Street prostitution in different areas are similar in that they are all based off of opportunity. This opportunity will be different depending on the layout of the area.

The street prostitution market in the East part of town has grown due to renovation in other parts of town. The East part has not been given the same attention and has become worn down.

I would predict that street prostitution would reappear in areas that do not receive much attention from police/the government, as well as areas of opportunity such as sports arenas.
