They range from young men in college all the way to grown men in their 50s. Some of them engage in drug usage, most of them come into the are to pick-up girls, and they are usually single men. In terms of economics there are not specific details on each but they must have some level of money to afford prostitutes, meaning they can range in economic status. We have had citation however of individuals who are fellow officers from other precincts, high status figures in the community, people of government, etc.

They are pretty committed as they show-up multiple times throughout the week for the same girl or the service.

Mainly older men with family, status, and wealth are concerned. They are concerned, because they have a lot to lose from their arrest and mainly, the fact that they engage in prostitution is a very detestable offense that they would be ashamed and embarrassed if it came out.

They are very committed with clients and prostitutes alike citing that clients would leave and comeback multiple times throughout the week to get an opportunity to be with certain prostitutes whether cause of preference or safety from STDs. Additionally, some clients cited that they would only stick to the main street citing there to be the best location for clean and safe girls.

They discuss pricing, time together, and location. In many cases there are places such as the hotels and secluded area that they go to in-order to complete the sexual transaction.

Most of the clients solicit from vehicles as from reports and multiple accounts there are lines of cars waiting for prostitutes once it starts to become evening hours. However, some come in on foot from places such as the near by college.

They take place in the alley-ways and car's parked around the area. In some cases they are in the back parking lot of places like Lucky's Bar; additionally, there are other locations such as hotels that they go to in-order to complete the sexual transaction.

They use condoms that are there after left laying around in the street. However, some do not leading to transmission in some cases. However, for many clients they have "usual girls" that they will only engage with and if they are not there, they will come back another night.

Another source that needs to be further looked into are the bars and local nightlife locations in the area as they may be reviving payments from prostitutes in order to be allowed a blind eye to them entering in their establishments looking for customers.

They are as many of the girls are engaged in drug use, not only that but the girls actively know of drug dealers within the area to go and buy drugs from with Johns on some occasions.
