The street prostitution in areas are for the most part old and have already established clientele that know where to look and find prostitutes or drugs.

Most street prostitution areas have been known for being more dangerous than safe.

they are busy with other activities for some instances, but may also be isolated in order to not attract a lot of attention from officers who can question and arrest them.

Drug trades and trafficking is also common.

10. If street prostitution were forced out of a target area, where would you predict it might reappear?

I would predict for it to reappear in an area nearby or at other clubs and bars.

Prostitutes and pimps for the most part are very involved in the drug business. Some prostitutes even exchange services for drugs with some dealers, or have even created credits that they owe and need to pay off. Some client though just go for the pleasure and are not very interested in the drug sale, but it is rare to hear such clients.

Yes they are near each other.

The police department currently arresting people that they believe may be involved in any street prostitution, and some officers believe that there needs to be something done but in the courts system. Departments have also sent out undercover officers to collect information and detain suspects who they have built a case on.

The prosecutors currently get delivered cases that have been built up by officers and then later are dropped or reduced.

Some prostitutes who have been convicted sometimes get their cases dropped or very reduced sentences.

Yes they do.

A sentence may create more chances for the defendant to leave jail with more motivation to better themselves on the outside.

Officers other than arrest prostitutes they may also at times move them away or give them a warning to move out of the streets.

I do not think that just moving the prostitutes from location is very effective In sense of reducing prostitution on the streets.

There are many resources for prostitutes like family services, shelters, drug abuse programs, as well as resources like hospitals and bartenders that look out for women who may need help.

Yes some women do use the services available to get back on their feet and create a better life for themselves.
