Domestic abuse happens in the area too, because some clients are violent towards prostitutes. There are also drug sales going on in the area. But those are not directly linked to prostitution, the prostitutes just know where to buy them and some prostitutes are hooked on drugs.

I think street prostitution would reappear on Upper Scott Ave, because some of the prostitutes have already been exploring the area.

The police do not seem to be that concerned about street prostitution, because they do not arrest many of them. Instead they have been known to preform street sweeps, and to inform the prostitutes of the areas with violent clients so they can avoid them.

The community is very concerned. Meaning, several have refused to go to Lower Scott Ave past noon, or refuse to go at all. Furthermore, some claim they will not reelect the mayor if they do not fix the problem.

From what we know, the prostitutes are female.

We know that the prostitutes are female. Some have an addiction to drugs. Some experience domestic violence. Very few of the girls seek out help, because they do not know it is available.

It is unknown if they steal from their clients. All we know is some of them experience violence from their clients.

Some of the prostitutes are victims of crime, because some have been beaten by clients who are violent.

They are very committed, because some have been arrested over 30 times, and they continue in the trade. Many of them will suffer through anything just to get a fix of drugs.

For the most part they stay on the lower end of Scott Ave. However, they will venture to Upper Scott Ave. But once there are to many police present they will go back to Lower Scott Ave. Furthermore, the drugs are on Lower Scott Ave.
