No, courts are lienient according to reports

According to arrest reports most are habitutual

Many officers in interview show harras and intimidate

One report says the client drives to drug houses and then gets a prostitute.

For one of my interviews yes.

Yes for one of mine that shows drugs.

Looks like some have criminal history. Some are married based off my interview, but all seem to live near Scott.

It sounds like they drive to the "main drag" or to drug houses. But some say they turn around if not safe enough.

I didn't see anything to do with groups other than drugs.

Looks like the three I interviewed were commited to only a certain area with one being a known drug area.

Conditions such as high accessibility roads, areas with cheap motels, hotels, rental properties that allow for a short stay, with CASH ONLY TRANSACTIONS. Low dimly lit lights, alleys, bars, or even abandoned buildings that offer privacy from public view.

More than likely they differ from the level of organization and regulations, some are market drivers while others are not included with drugs. The similarities is how they run and do things like locations that are often secluded, small locations.

4. What area businesses are harmed by the presence of street prostitution?

Any business is harmed by the presence of street prostitution really, bars, restaurants, small businesses everything.

5. What area businesses support and/or benefit from street prostitution?

I believe that the only businesses that would support or benefit from street prostitutions would be bars that have pole dancing, bars that have no way of making profit or in risk of being closed. Other examples would be lewd or adult stores to attract more attention.

Prostitution markets would be new and has grown in size in many cases due to younger women running away from their homes or getting kicked out and having to make a living in prostitution just to keep on surviving.

Prostitution areas can be both dangerous and safe for clients, while there might be no crime or violence prostitutes can be dangerous or even carry diseases that may put clients health at risk.

Usually isolated.

Violent crimes usually happen in areas surrounded by prostitution.

In areas where there are similar secluded locations and access to cheap motels or hotels. Places that have dark alleys or a huge amount of abandoned buildings.

No, street prostitution does not only take one form in many cases it will take at least 3 forms or even higher. Nowadays everyone classifies differently than it was in the past.

Most of the prostitutes are young around 20's to late 30's. Genders being more than 50% females, race are white, African- American etc etc. Some do have some criminal history of being drunk, or even drugs abuse.

In many instances the prostitutes do commit crimes against clients such as robbery, thief and even hurting the client.

The debate whether prostitutes the victim of the crime varies on a ton of things but in many cases they are usually the victims.

Prostitutes are committed to prostitution around the world in percentages of 75% most of them wanting to exit but have no other choice or escape from it due to personal reasons such as rent, money.

6. How committed are they to a particular location? 

Prostitutes are very committed to a particular location because they are either protected there or already have their usual clients that are always looking for them and know them already. Making a desire for change of location very unlikely.
