it doesn’t look like most of then are concerned. Some want to impose curfews and scare them by telling them to get off the street so that they are not visible.

It doesn’t look like they are taking it seriously as they will not really report it correctly and threaten to the Johns that they ill tell their families.

They are concerned. Some want there to be curfews while others want there to be a total ban on it

I want to say that all groups are concerned with it. Again, some of them want to criminalize it while others want to help them out like the church.
