Joel B. Plant
Joel Plant is the chief executive officer of Frank Productions, a concert venue promotion firm in Madison, Wisconsin. He was previously the chief of staff in the Milwaukee Police Department, a mayoral aide responsible for public safety and neighborhood issues in Madison, Wis., and Madison's first alcohol policy coordinator. Plant has also worked as a research assistant for the Center for Problem-Oriented Policing; a crime analyst in the Tempe, Arizona, Police Department; and a teaching assistant and adjunct professor. He also has some criminal prosecution experience, ranging from serving subpoenas to trying felony cases. Plant holds a bachelor's degree from Marquette University, a master's degree from Arizona State University, and a law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
